公司建于一九九五年，占地面积15000平方米，建筑面积5000平方米，现有员工300多人，其中技术人员18人，固定资产8000万元。
现公司设备有剑杆织机150台，德国德乐进口针织机20台，主要生产床垫面料布、雪尼尔面料、家纺面料、阻燃面料、高档针织面料和床垫套、枕头等家纺成品。阻燃通过英国BS7177床垫面料标准，BS5852，TB603等标准年产60万米，是理想的家居面料。产品不仅畅销国内市场，且深受外商青睐。
